OnlineOnline Times Manual guide "OTMguide" (OTM) was developed in 2006 to complement its sister product ‘DealerOnLine’.The purpose was to transparently deliver data to the automotive industry and other stakeholders.

OTM provides a solution for estimating and assessing collision repair times based on research, processes and formulas supplied by "OTM-labs". OTM has gateway services to third party organisation to access data sets which provides an independent solution for the industry.

It was developed as a B2B business model, part of which was between dealerships and repair shops. It is the "Original" as it was the first of its type in Australia back in 2006. There has been a significant investment into OTM this financial year. This will give OTM a strong future.
